Project Manager (Electrical and HVAC)

Contract Duration: 1 year

Job Description, not limited to:

  • Manage all phases of projects from the bidding phase through to project close out.
  • Provide input as needed on project and construction documents.
  • Assist in the RFP and bid leveling process with HQ Facilities and Procurement.
  • Project lead functions assisted by A&E firms, other client departments and contracted vendors.
  • Financial tracking, manage and schedule meetings, verify permitting, update project schedule.
  • Initiate request for building security escorts, deliveries, and building engineering support.
  • Project closeout activities: compile as-built plans and documents, balance and testing reports, lien waivers and inspections.
