Change Management Project Manager III

9 Months

W2 Contract

Perform, manage, and appropriately document work activities relating to projects, sub-projects, or processes. Lead the development of the following deliverables: Steering Committee Content, Communications Delivery, Change Plan, Communications and Engagement Strategy, and Communications Plan for multiple projects in various functional areas.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years’ experience in communications and/ or change management or equivalent combination of education and work experience

·         Strong technical skills in

o    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

o    Facilitation with the ability to coach internal clients through best practices and recommendations

o    Written and verbal communication

o    Presentation

o    Business process analysis

o    Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information

 Strong knowledge business practices and processes in a minimum of one of the following areas:

o    Finance

o    HR

o    Payroll

o    Supply Chain

·         Experience in change management for complex projects

·         Exposure to ERP implementations

·         PMP certification desired
