IT Change Manager
Job Title: IT Project Manager III
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19101
Duration: 3 months (W2)
Play a key role in supporting project, maintenance, and application support teams to accurately communicate changes that will occur in the technical environment.
Primary focus will be working with the teams to prepare emails that communicate how upcoming technical changes will affect employees.
These emails will need to be clear, accurate, and completed with a quick turnaround.
Responsibilities include: Work with various IT teams to identify the exact changes that will occur and how they will affect employees, and to identify action steps or workarounds to prevent or minimize disruption to business operations, Write/revise emails that communicate IT changes that will occur across the company, Support the communications team in process improvement efforts, support tickets, special projects, and daily maintenance.
Need Strong written/verbal communication, Proofreading, revising, and editing skills, Ability to implement feedback.
