Change Management Consultant

Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: New Orleans, LA

Duration: 9 months (W2) / 20 hours per week

Job Description:

The primary responsibility will be to focus on the people side of change to help employees transition through change by minimizing resistance and ensuring successful project outcomes. The consultant must have detailed experience and knowledge in change management methods and techniques. 

Key activities include but not limited to: 

  • Review and analyze all previously gathered project information and training 
  • Meetings with Key stakeholders to gather feedback and information to move forward 
  • Impact Assessment to confirm all impacted audiences 
  • Facilitating focus groups with key users of P card for procurement 
  • Build Change Management Plan 
  • Project communications 
  • Client SharePoint Portal Consulting 
  • Develop and conduct training and job aides 
  • Project Planning meetings 
  • Building FAQ's 
  • Pilot program - Test and Learn 
  • Facilitating focus groups and analyzing information from Pilot 
  • Admin kick off communication and training 
  • General launch communications and training
