Provide data analysis and reporting in support of Centrally Managed Projects and Programs within Technical Services Division of the client.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop analysis and reporting tools to support program and project managers. Track work orders and material requests for programs and projects that are worked within the Asset Suite 8 Work Management System. Develop tools to assist Project Managers to proactively track work order requests through Asset Suite 8, and to identify potential issues early and recommend solutions. Assist Project Managers in entering work orders and/or material requests, follow the work order through to completion and close out. May participate on a team establishing a new, or improving an existing program, process, or project. Requires an understanding and application of fundamental data management and reporting, and work management systems. Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a team environment; demonstrates initiative to complete work in a timely manner adhering to deadlines, and within client Utilities processes and procedures.
