Job Title: Desktop Support III

Location: Fairmont, West Virginia

Duration: 12 months (W2)

Job Description:

Under general supervision, works with clients throughout the company to respond to their needs for primarily desktop and LAN-based hardware and software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and resolving 1st level Service Desk incident calls and/or 2nd level Service Desk incident calls
  • Maintain PC inventory
  •  Assist with PC rollouts and other miscellaneous pc-related projects
  • Some off-hour phone support (Service Desk) is required
  • Travel may be required
