Job Title: Technical Support III

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 12 months (W2)

Job Description:

Candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently providing level 2 computer support.  Candidate should be able to analyze, triage and trouble shoot computer, network, and application issues.  Candidate should have excellent communication skills and very strong technical skills supporting a Microsoft Windows environment.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
  • Passion for customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrate skill gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data for internal requests
  • Effective organizational, written and oral communications skills.
  • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and maintain a violation free driving record.
  • Able to pass required background and drug screenings.
  • Availability to report to work 24/7 on limited notice and for extended periods.
  • Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks (for example, lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and/or up to 75 pounds with assistance).
  • Candidates for this position must be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement with the Corporation.
  • Provide End-User Desktop Hardware/Software Support
  • Fulfil Customer IT Requests and handle Customer Engagements
  • Provide Expedited Executive Support, Video Conferencing and Electronic Recycling 
  •  Assist IT initiatives/Project and deployments to our business client

Position Scope:

  • Position interacts with all levels of employees including senior management on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with clients and infrastructure & operations groups as needed to translate and fulfill services.
  • Communicate and escalate any issues or actions that require management attention.
  • Understand IT Business Unit Client’s Direction, Structure, Applications and Requirements.
  • Maintain IT equipment loaner inventory to ensure compliance.
  • May work alone under adverse conditions for extended hours.
  • Perform various related duties as assigned.
