Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Title: OCM Lead

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 12 months (W2)

Job Description:

Leads the overall change effort and provides oversight of OCM activities and deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Defines OCM workplan, deliverables, and milestones
•Leads development of organizational change, communication, and training strategies, plans, tools, and templates
•Defines and oversees execution of the OCM program governance model
•Directs overall OCM team activities and performs quality assurance of deliverables
•Drives leadership alignment activities and decision making efforts
•Provides subject matter expertise and capability transfer
•Reviews issues and risks associated with OCM workstreams and defines action plans to mitigate

Core Competencies/Skills:

•Deep knowledge and skills in the areas of organizational change, communication, and training
•Ability to develop business imperatives into a compelling case for change, articulating the vision
•Robust understanding of the business and logical sequencing of activities
•Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
•Ability to identify, manage, and champion areas of individual and cultural resistance to increase the readiness for change
•Ability to plan and manage activities, timelines, and resource
