Project Coordinator

Job Description: Responsibilities:

•             Work with engineering and project members to develop scopes of work for procurement

•             Enter contract requisitions and contract change requests in passport system

•             Support procurement by identifying suppliers, entering vendor requests, providing contract administration assistance), and handling invoice issues.

•             Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects

 

Requirements:

•             3-5 years Contract administration experience

•             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years Project Support experience

•             Engineering/plant experience required

•             PMP certification preferred
