Sr Marketing Specialist – Staff Augmentation
BUSSINESS UNIT: Energy Efficiency Marketing
Duration: 12 months (W2 Contract)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Take a leadership role in the development, delivery, and management of marketing the Energy Efficiency Program, focusing on business related initiatives. Coordinate marketing strategies and materials with multiple departments and external implementation contractors. Deliver operational excellence across all areas of implementation including financial responsibility.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage, monitor and implement Energy Efficiency Program commercial and industrial and/or public sector initiatives representing commitments, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
Develop and execute marketing tactics and strategies for business or public sector programs and initiatives. Coordinate delivery and communication of programs across functional organizations, including communication, customer service, regulatory and legal. Provide marketing support for 4-5 energy efficiency business program managers on the team including the creation of videos, PowerPoint presentations, collateral development and analysis of implementation contractor planned tactics.
Facilitate the development of business and/or public sector focused content and marketing materials. Manage and research the content production of others; review and edit content; circulate content for review and approval; submit final content and creative for publishing; coordinate external contractor production activities, monitor inventory levels of collateral materials to determine when to replenish.
Assist with marketing research including customer roundtable discussions and define customer segmentation to effectively deliver marketing messages.
Respond to special requests related to unique marketing initiatives, such as event support, providing premium order recommendations, reviewing press releases and implementation contactor new initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business, AND 5-8 years relevant marketing experience,
Marketing experience at a utility is preferred. Energy efficiency program experience is a plus.

Experience in providing internal client service, managing external vendors and excels at marketing communications
