Job Title: Customer Care & Billing Analyst (Business Systems Analyst IV)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 9 months (W2)

Compensation: Pay + Per Diem ($595/week)

Job Description:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Position Requirements:

5+ years experience providing operational support / functional solution architecture support, using Oracle's Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) is required.
